It was such a hassle with the paint colors! My dad always went in a zen mode when he walked into the shop to get paint, he always left with more questions and ideas than that he made a decision hehehe. In the end my mom and dad choose for an African line...with names as Kenya White, Camel Caramel...erhmm something like that. Earthy colors. It turned out pretty good though haha!TJ Lubranohttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06893305234181263717noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5064894231149440617.post-48147111606690894312009-11-17T05:06:47.163-08:002009-11-17T05:06:47.163-08:00Chuwie- Thanks!Chuwie- Thanks!Jenn Thorsonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12899242535971792424noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5064894231149440617.post-70287371456769667252009-11-17T01:09:19.028-08:002009-11-17T01:09:19.028-08:00nice blog. very informative..keep up the good work...nice blog. very informative..keep up the good work..:)chuwiehttp://pinkandpot.blogspot.com/noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5064894231149440617.post-71077335090726540042009-11-16T02:44:23.824-08:002009-11-16T02:44:23.824-08:00Linda- Hopefully I'll have pics of the finishe...Linda- Hopefully I'll have pics of the finished room in the Sweet Baby's Breath on Wednesday.

And you're quite right about the "Ignore the Name" tip and not to let it influence your choice. It's a marketing trap-- I would have gotten sucked in, too, as there was an "Edwardian Rose" that I loved but was too dark for the room.

DP- It makes a difference for sure. Nothing is foolproof when it comes to choosing paint, but at least this gives you more to work with.Jenn Thorsonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12899242535971792424noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5064894231149440617.post-90855759497917006542009-11-15T19:54:30.032-08:002009-11-15T19:54:30.032-08:00Really great tips - especially getting the paint s...Really great tips - especially getting the paint samples home to look at them with the lighting.down comforterhttp://www.shopdownlite.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5064894231149440617.post-43745828014332308592009-11-15T19:11:19.937-08:002009-11-15T19:11:19.937-08:00Your paint tips are right on, but really, I almost...Your paint tips are right on, but really, I almost don't care what it looks like, a paint color called "Sweet Baby's Breath"? If I have to paint a closet in it, I shall! Further tip: Don't fall into the poetic paint name trap!Linda Bhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04066083644514714156noreply@blogger.com
