And while Autumn is definitely in the air, and the shadows are lengthening, I wasn't precisely expecting to be thinking Christmas this weekend...
My second thrifted find-- this one also at the St. Vincent de Paul in Monroeville-- was this lone bluebird salt or pepper shaker...
And lastly this week is something that should cheer you folks down the road... The fixin's for what should be a fairly funny post on the tragedies of 60s and 80s knitwear...

the items are cute but its the mercury glass Christmas tree i love the most. and the thought the you bought it in less than $2 made me say what?! is that for real? i bet you really are a frugal shopper huh?..;)
